Spring must be around the corner!Yesterday when I was in the grocery store buying a few needed items for the weekend, I stopped on my way out the door, to inhale the delightful, heady scent of a gorgeous deep pink hyacinth in the floral department.
Their scent is like no other and it reminded me that in the midst of this icy cold, snowy winter that we've been experiencing this year, things will eventually turn warmer and green again!
It would be delightful to have a basket of hyacinth growing inside, but because of my husband's allergies and such, it's just safer not to ~ ~ I'll be patient and wait for the real thing outside :-)
