In my cozy kitchen today, I baked a tasty ham-scalloped potato casserole that is one of those winter specials that everyone loves.Following that was a warm homemade blueberry pie. Desserts are not an everyday offering around here .... just a special treat once in awhile.
My weekly baking always includes muffins, a favourite of my son's and something yummy to pop into my husband's work-lunches.
